OUR TEAM

James started his cooking career in Manchester and moved to London 14 years ago. He has worked at some of London’s most renowned restaurants, including Galvin Bistrot & Bar. He also worked with Chris King at Roux at The Landau, which is what brought him back to ab88kai and his role at The Wigmore.
