A two-time Michelin Plate recipient, Ming Court celebrates traditional Chinese cuisine with an innovative twist. The restaurant features glamorous Oriental decor, alongside a delectable spread of award-winning dishes.

Chef Chau brings over 25 years of experience in preparing exquisite Cantonese cuisine. He was part of many pre-opening teams for international hotel brands, and has even cooked for world-renowned figures — including former US President Bill Clinton.

Chef Chau believes in the freshness of ingredients. And giving them their deserved respect is the key to presenting delicious dishes.
