CHAUFFEUR SERVICE

We are exclusively operating our Mercedes Benz V-Class Extra Long Wheelbase fleet, that also allows for social distancing should our guests require it.

The distance between the chauffeur and passengers' rear cabin is 2.4 metres. For added safety, we installed thick, high-grade heavy PVC partitions in the middle of the car. Magazines and newspapers have also been removed to reduce potential transmission.

All our chauffeurs will wear PPE face masks at all times. They will refrain from greeting you with a handshake, and instead, offer hand sanitiser. 

Our chauffeurs are also required to report any changes in health (personally and their household) each day, with zero tolerance taken should any symptoms of COVID-19 appear. 

Chauffeurs will also change PPE masks for each assignment. They will not take more than four assignments a day.

We have introduced enhanced cleaning standards, vehicle sanitisation and disinfecting routines. We also review and update our protocols daily, according to the latest UK Government advice.

All our staff have undergone intensive training for vehicle sanitisation. All vehicles are also professionally deep-cleaned and sanitised using Dettol All-in-One Disinfectant Spray for Hard & Soft Surfaces. This has shown to be effective when tested against other coronaviruses (such as MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV). 

Upon arrival and prior to your scheduled collection, your chauffeur will sanitise the cabin and disinfect exterior door handles.
